Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. And where there’s fire in the Bible, there’s God. The smoke on one mountain showed the Israelites in the valley God’s presence. The smoke on another mountain covered with pagan prophets unmistakably demonstrated God’s power. And in the smoke in a private meeting with Abram, God revealed His faithfulness.

As we discover God in the smoke, we will find ourselves asking three big questions of ourselves. Are we people of God’s presence? Are we feeding the fire of God in our lives? And are we faithful to our faithful God? As we answer these questions, the smoke of God will begin to drift through our lives as well.
