The problem with loving conservatively is that it is just that: loving conservatively. I don’t know where we get or why we tolerate such a silly idea as conservative love anyway.

The love given to us is aggressive, tender, confrontational, warm, and backed by righteousness. It is the kind of love that can overthrow nations, topple governments, bring strong men to their knees, give birth to hope, and rebuild a broken spirit. It is the kind of love that is revolutionary.

How do we forget so fast? After all, revolution is not a one-time event, and neither is love…
